Hacking Green screen

Ok I downloaded a scrubbed version of Donkey Kong Jet Race (pal) and Puzzle Quest Challenge of the Warlords (pal). I got the iso and burned it to a disc on x4 speed. I used IMGburn to burn it. I ran Backup loader 0.3 on my NTSC wii, and then Pressed to play the game. It worked, but it's in Greyscale. So I restarted it and this time I tried forcing NTSC on it. Instead of loading the game in color (like it did with another pal game I tried) it gave me a frozen green screen. I'm wondering if I should patch the games or something else. Can somebody please help me out?

I've also had this problem with a few games, and I spent a week using the search engine, and searching every thread that might be relevant and still have come to no conclusion. The only person that answered one of the threads I started about this told me my wii must be "screwed up."
I know that other people have had this problem, and either they have found a solution and kept the answer to themselves or they are like me and just gave up.

If you know the answer to this problem, could you just tell us please. please. And if you don't know the answer don't post anything, especially irrelevant links, it's almost like you went on a thread posting spree without even reading the original post.

and OP, if I ever do find a solution I will PM you for sure, I hope that you will do the same for me.

I've had this when trying the same game from different regions, different sources, different versions of the loaders and cIOS's... even NTSC games with NTSC wii and still green. This is just the way it is? If it helps to troubleshoot any, I usually get this mostly with namco bandai games, not all namco games - that just seems to be the only constant.

i was not on any rapid posting spree tbh honest and am the only person who even addressed your thread to begin with...

and the instruction to check the wiki was the compatibility wiki actually

so the OP could check what other people has said about the games he was attempting to load..the idea been to show the guy that there is a combined list of the games and the results when using loaders...this is called EDUCATION...ok smart arse

Donkey Kong Jet Race I patched mine using back up creator and it works under wani's v1 , I haven't tried it again under wii gators , gimme a min and I will pull it out of the spindle and let u know

No. Some (most) games can't have their videomode forced.

If your TV doesn't support PAL you are out of luck - getting the US releases would be your best bet.
