ROM Hack Grand Theft auto cheat?

Hi!

I really want a flashing light on my car in GTA: CW I think someone could make a cheat, so you could with L activate the flash lite ( look here on the police car for an example: http://chrisbheath.files.wordpress.com/200...046376_640w.jpg )

Could someone make this? Or try it?

You mean as in an indicator? I've certainly not heard about any current codes for that, but if it's possible then I guess the coders could work on it.
