Does usb configurable loader work with GPT formatted discs/Hard drives under FAT32 and NTFS, and if so which versions work without bugs. Drive is 4 terabytes in size. MBR has a 2 terabyte limit. I read around the forums...didn't seem as if this problem was solved, any updates?

If you really need over 2 TB, you might want to try a hybrid MBR (a nonstandard setup where a partition is listed both in MBR and GPT), setting the correct 1st sector and the size as high as it can go in the MBR copy...

Then whether you'll get 2 or 4 TB will depend on whether the cios/usbloader trusts more the partition's size or the filesystem's...

... no warranty your data will be safe, in the 1st case

I know exactly what your talking about with the gpt/mbr setup and I can take the risk. However I have no idea how to do it. Any idea on where I might find info to do this.

Thanks
