Hacking GPS antenna for DS?

Any chance of seeing a GPS module/antenna for the DS? Could it be done cost-effectively like flashcarts?

i think it would be possible however i dont think it would be financially feasible
Thered be no point to it anyways, unless you mean things like finsing your way.
They could just make a homebrew program that is much simpler than adding in a GPS

Yeah, I saw this while doing some research. I guess it'd be interesting to check out, but there's not directions on putting it together, and the code has been all but abandoned. I'm not a developer, just a more-savvy-than-not consumer, and I was just saying I'd like to see a solution that makes GPS nav possible. I guess xcalibur has a point, though, if there's a decent homebrew map viewer, it could serve as a digital road map/atlas. GPS would just be cool because it could know where you are on what might be a rather large map. I don't know... just musing the idea.
