...and i want to trade some pokes between them, if possible using the same console (offline trading somehow?)

got a 3ds with a r4 sdhc

how can i do it?

Not possible unless you backup your saves to the computer, add the Pokemon from one save and edit them into the other via a program called Pokesav.

Or if you downloaded pokesav delete it now. If you havent, follow what im about to write as it is way better than this useless pokesav

Use this tutorial on how to transfer from HG to W while keeping the pokemon 100% legit as if it would be in a transfer with 2 DS.
