Gaming Got a second hand Wii U and found some software already installed... how do I reset it?

Hi there guys;

I did recently got a European Wii U which I use in the United Kingdom.

I formatted the console and got Nintendo to unlink *every* account that was linked to the console.

Even after doing it, upon resetting the console and creating a brand new Nintendo Network ID, I see the following in the eShop Downloads 'All software installed on this console' tab:

-Netflix
-Youtube
-Amazon Video
-Karaoke U by Joysound
-Amiibo (something like Mini Mario Challenge)
-Amiibo (a Link/Zelda game)
-Wii Sports Club
-Lost Reavers Notice
-BBC iPlayer
-Napster
-Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training <--- This is not too bad, it's like getting free Haxchi...
-Wii Fit U Demo/Info

Many of them don't even work as they're past their life...

Now: is this software like bloatware that is automatically linked to my console after I choose the United Kingdom as my country?

Is there any way to reset this list, or get rid of this stuff?

Just go into the settings datamagement and delete what you dont want.Also removing previous owner nnid will cost you free haschi or cbhc. Also those are mostly free apps.
