Gaming got a broken ds lite

soo my cousin gave me his dsl today, it's in good condition only it seems that the digitizer is broken (it doesn't respond as it should)
how hard is it to replace it?, i've changed the faceplate once on my psp but never dissasembled something completely

The digitizer? You mean the touch screen?

It shouldn't be too hard to replace if you go with common sense when dissambling the dsl (if it don't come off easely, don't try). You just need to be carefull and replace everything where they are. Plenty of guyde are avalaible.

Again, I got a formation to repair electronical device.

I've replaced the touchscreen on my DSPhat and it's not that difficult however before you embark on something like that google for a tutorial and see how easy you think it will be. If you don't think you can do it then find someone who can. Touchscreen repair video.
