How did google get all these 360 degree images? That's pretty incredible.

I just spent half an hour roaming the streets of Vegas and New York. It's pretty interesting seeing another country in such an interactive way.

You should sue everyone that sees you walking down the street then.
Google isn't invading anyone's privacy. Anyone walking there could have seen the thong, or in the other case, the cat.
It's not like they were sneaking by and snapped some photos of the inside of her apartment.

It's a van that has a device on its roof that takes pictures in 4 different directions.

Take a picture. Drive 10 feet. Take another picture. Etc.

Then you just gotta turn the pictures into one panoramic image.

oh my god that's insane! I haven't noticed google maps started to do the whole 360 view thing. That's awesome. I got to see my old school and my old appartment complex in san francisco as well as some old friends' houses. that was awesome.

oh yeah and the chick with the thong was funny too.

there's no way that chick can sue google. She's in public soil.
the only other way I can explain this is by explaining a certain law that was pretty much placed there for photographers ( my girl is a photographer that's why I know),

basically if you are next to a window in your own apartment facing the street or something, and the window is open, and you are having doggy style loud sex right there at the window. Because the window is open, people are freely allowed to take pictures of you and not get into trouble.
