Android Google Maps not working on OnePlusOne

I have not flashed a custom rom onto my phone. Just update my phone through System Updates. But for a couple months, maps has stopped working. It does show my location and location GPS settings is set to high accuracy. I'll select from home to let's say a Walmart for example. I'll drive up there while maps is running, then it has me at least 5 minutes behind (still showing that I am at home) when I am at least two miles away. Any way to fix this? Cyanogen OS version 13.1.2-ZNH2KAS3P0-bacon. Tried wiping the cache on it too with no avail.
