Gaming Google Chromes Missing Go button

Ive been using GOOGLE Chrome for a month or 2.. And now im very familiar with it..
But yesterday when i was playing at MINICLIP, I noticed that the browser Changed..
The Go button (or play) at the address bar is missing and replaced by the BOOKMARK star icon..
SO.. is this some new features in updates? or is my google chrome experiencing some bugs.

I also have a problem in the icon at the left side of the address bar.. It always shows a globe

but how can i restore the webpage icon... The one at the left side of the address bar?
when i click on it.. the Security information window pops up

The favicon is visible in the tabs, I don't think it's supposed to be in the address bar as well.
