Homebrew Good idea for a homebrew app

how about a ds homebrew app that has the interface of iphone and plays videos and music. perhaps you could place icons and other homebrew apps in its folder and they would show up on the menu screen. i know it sounds weird for someone to say but not do but im hopeless at coding.
