Hacking good card reader?

So my card reader that came with my acekard is already semi crapping out (kind of expected it and was ready to buy one.) just wondering which one is considered decent, i'm looking to pick it up today and saw one in staples.

Edit: found a different one i didnt see before for some reason.

huge url haha, but is that a fine one?

the problems i've been having are after awhile of transferring it just stops, it even corrupted my mem stick and i had to format it again (luckily i had everything backed up before hand.)


So how is that one? would it be better than my stock one?

i have a few of these, they came with my 2gb japanese kingstons. they read msd/sdhc and work VERY well.

I have a few of those myself, and they're great. But I'm not sure that they work with microSDHC cards (I don't have a microSDHC card). Do they?

bri: all of mine work fine with my transcend 8gb class6 cards. i was surprised because they shipped long before sdhc was being sold. i've tested each one, over time, and haven’t had one that failed to read. however, i have only tested with the transcend.
