Homebrew Question Goldleaf 0.61 unused tickets

Hi guys...

I installed the new Goldleaf versions.
I never installed an nsp without knowing what I am really installing..
I checked the new option "unused titckets" on this version of Goldleaf...

It says I have 2 unused tickets:
01002CC003FE7099
0100FFFFFFFFF000

I know what the first one is. Although I'm almost sure it is in use.
I don't know what the latter is. What is that title ID?
Is it possible Goldleaf is making some mistake here?

I won't. But I would like to know why Goldleaf is reporting these tickets unused.

could be games that you uninstalled but left over tickets

that's impossible because I never deleted any title since day 1.
I only have titles I have installed. That's why I'm making this question.
On Goldleaf 0.5 there are many titles saying "this ticket seems to be unused". And they are in use. It's a bug.
Now on this newer version this bug is in minor scale but we can't trust this feature.
I think they should remove the tag "unused" or "seems to be unused"... it's all bulls***.
People start deleting tickets with this, and then they are screwed.

From what google says - this is titleid of modified japanese version of Dragon Quest Builders 2 from dark site.

Yes, the first is from a Starlink DLC, and the second seems to be used from that mod version.
I never installed that...

Goldleaf is marking tikets from installed titles as unused... SO be aware!
