From the screenshot it definitely looks like it's a port. Anyways, I'm calling fake on this because the boxart looks more like something that a fan would draw.

Who cares if this is fake or real? It says ACTIVISION will be doing it, not Rare. We all know Rare wouldn't do a game for Nintendy, or any non-Microsoft console as they still own them.
