So anytime I try to go online with Monster Hunter 4 U, I get a 002 error, I can play online with my legit games and with my fantasy life rom on Sky3ds so I know I'm not banned, does anybody know what could be causing the error? any help would be greatly appreciated.

things that can stop you going online
a) not using a header
you can get your own header rather easy if you have legit games
b) you're not on the latest firmware of of the game
if i recall there is an update for mh4u have you got 1.1/1.2 ( can't remember which one it is )
c)you're banned
rumor has it that if you use 9.5 emmunand or public headers you have a chance to get banned

a)I think it might be that it doesn't have a header, I have a 3ds at 9.5 so I can't dump my own header sadly
b)updated to latest version of the game
c)just played pokemon AS online with legit cart so not banned.
oooooh i don't know much about sky3ds . since it emulates the game card im not sure if it comes with a header or not . but you can always use a public header if you need
I know the risks lol, I'm just kinda stuck as I've got no one near me who could help me dump my own private header

Buy a used 3ds (make sure firmware is 9.2 and under)
Buy shitty 3ds game that is only offline
Use gateway launcher to dump the game (doesn't require gateway card)
use hex editor to put the newly dumped header into your mh4u rom
return 3ds to the store

lol the ninja though! xD well I mean I have tons of legit games to dump them from just not a 3ds with 9.2 or under

@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that

@Xdqwerty, That's extra scummy. Ubisoft nowadays ship out incomplete games like Skull and Bones which was being worked on for nearly a decade now.+1 -

I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol
