Good thing I never liked GoDaddy. They try to sell you everything but the kitchen sink when you register a domain.
I only used them once to register a domain that Namecheap (a reseller of eNom) didn't provide registration for at the time. I transferred it as soon as Namecheap adopted .cc domains.
Been using Namecheap since 1999 2001 ^_^ Prior to that I only ran one ".org" and one ".com" domains and those used to cost a fucking fortune from Network Solutions.

I feel so special seeing this all go down on reddit.

Also, this boycott worked. GoDaddy dropped support for SOPA. But you should still switch to Namecheap, anyways.

    Upvote for x-post.

    One victory for us.
    Hundreds more to go.

    Next boycott: Time-Warner

Does this mean that I shouldn't buy any more copies of Bastion? T_T
I got no problem boycotting the AOL side of it

It means you should only buy pirated copies, or pirate them yourself.

I bought it because I love the game so much and wanted it both on OnLive and on Steam.. but its indie developer is affiliated with Warner Bros :(

On Topic: People are still transferring off GoDaddy in droves considering how much bullshit they spewed before finally reversing their stance. Once you tip the fruit stand, it's often too little, too late to apologize.
