Gaming God Eater and FF4 problems with Language

These two games should be USA releases, but when I press Home, it asks me in Japanese if I want to quit the game (God Eater ULUS-10563)

In FF4 (NPJH-50414) there is Japanese warning screen at the beginning of the game, and some Japanese names on title screens. Is that the way should be? Are the
versions of my games proper?

Is your PSP's region faking on or something?

FFIV has language options under settings.

And other people here were reporting God Eater having a foreign quit screen. Read the thread.

FF4 is the Japanese release. It includes both English and Japanese, depending on what language your PSP is set to, it will show either Japanese or English (but the home screen will not change).

Also God Eater shows Chinese because people believe it's a Asia release. See here.

It doesn't effect gameplay so why bother?
