Hacking gmc? can i delete them?

I have an m3 real with sakura,
my nds folder is filled with annoying 'gmc.' files
most of them are
like A8TE.gmc G7TH.gmc etc,
they really REALLY annoy me
can I delete them?

Can't you turn of that you see them? I think you can actually.

Anyway, those are option files I think.
If you changed settings for games, like, put on soft-reset, it has to store that somewhere, and if I'm not wrong, that happens in those files.
