ROM Hack Ghost Trick numbering

Okay, is it me, or is the numbering scheme for the most recent games going whacko?
Like, according to GBATemp, the number for Ghost Trick is 5368.
But, we've already had games in the 5400's, like Atari Greatest Hits Vol 1 (5421) and Monopoly (5448).
So, shouldn't Ghost Trick be somewhere around there?

I think every rom site has their own numbering scheme.

This is exactly the case. The numbering that goes into the 5400s is listing the DSi games in line with the non DSi games. GBAtemp does list DSi enhanced games separately.
