Hacking Getting Kirby Mass Attack (E) to run

I got Kirby Mass Attack for Christmas (yay) and went straight ahead and dumped the rom.
Put it on my DSTwo and it white-screened however, I heard this game had the DSTwo beat.

I updated all of my DSTwo's firmware, the OS, the NDSpatch, but it looks like they have not fixed the (E) region rom, only (J) and (U).

Any suggestions how to get this working on my DSTwo? No, I will not be downloading the (U) rom, I dump my roms.
I can always just play it on my retail cart though so it's only a minor problem!

Have you tried running it in Clean mode?

Yes, clean and patched.
If there's a rom patch to get rid of the anti-piracy that would be fine.
