getting error whem loading from webman

i have recently hacked my ps3 to hen and installed webman. i found an old NTFS hardrive (it works fine) used 1.1 of prepISO and installed some ISOs i got from myreint. they worked fine. untill i tried to install other isos from myreintran prepISO refreshed games and XMB loaded and launch my new game nad got this error i attempted to update it but that just amade the screen go black please help

I'd assume prepISO makes the ps3 to recognize and load ps3 isos from a ntsc-formatted drive? If not, you have to copy them to the internal hdd. As for the error, does it appear even when Hen is enabled? If so, you might want to try a different iso.

You're using hen or cfw? If the former im sure you know that you have to enable it on every boot, right?

PS3 has Hen just like with ps4's, it's the only option for late slims and super slims. Tho cfw is always preferred, if your ps3 is compatible.

Mine was a 40GB model at the time with OtherOS on 3.21, but then CFW hit and I'm like... "I can live without PS3 Linux." and updated to 3.55, and then did Rebug CFW until the PS3 killed two BD drive boards. Then I was like Nah, fuck this thing and donated it to goodwill.

PS3s are fragile in all sorts of ways.. definitely the most badly-engineered console Sony ever made.

Let's begin by testing whether it's the drive fault or the game. Try copying it over to the internal HDD and running it from there.

i have a sticker on mine the previous owner left on that says "jank city usa"
