Hacking Get the Official System Menu Back

I have a soft-modded Nintendo Wii. It has the latest ModMii with HackMii, BootMii, Priiloader,etc. I used ModMii, but my System Menu is gone. When I click the Wii button or hit System Menu in Priiloader it just goes right back to Priiloader.

I can play my backed up games just fine off of a hard drive, but the one thing I cannot do is load the system menu and see the regular old Wii menu. This doesn't affect much, but I'd like to switch my TV to 16x9 mode and you can't do this unless you can access the regular Wii settings. Is there a Wii settings homebrew channel app I could add?

I just want this view back for like 2 minutes so I can switch to Widescreen mode:

Is prii loader set to boot to prii loader and return to prii loader? Have it boot and return to system menu

And for settings try post loader

Priiloader is set to return to System Menu and boot to system menu. I re-ran ModMii tonight and instead of blinking and then doing nothing Priiloader now says:

Error autobooting system menu.​

Could not get boot stats.​

I will look into Post Loader.

Nand is backed up. How do I reinstall system menu wad?

Is that already on my SD card from ModMii? Do I do that from Priiloader?

If you're going to go the route of reinstalling your SM wad, make sure you're also installing the SM IOS it uses at the same time before exiting the installer, just to cover both bases, because once the SM is reinstalled, priiloader is GONE.

Also, you DO have BootMii@boot2 NOT IOS, right?

Make sure you instead download the updated versions of all software used (just google them)

Edit 2 - so instead,

System Menu 4.3 and IOS80 (from Modmii) (dop-mii can actually download them)

save the hacks_hash.ini to your /sdcard/ http://priiloader.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/priiloader/hacks_hash.ini

aside from dop-mii and the hacks_hash.ini (or hacks.ini if you're using an old priiloader, update to the newest priiloader afterwards if so), you don't need to download anything else out of that tutorial, dop-mii can handle it all.
