You could download everything from NUS using JNUStools for example, from there you could decrypt everything with the master key.

DDD works if you already have the game in your console, though.

Problem: Whenever I boot the game, its all glitchy. idk why

There is one tool I remember doing which sucked. It was some long ungodly time of waiting to extract game data from LAN. I only managed to do it once cause I wanted to try New Super Mario bros U on the CEMU emulator and I did succeed, but after I couldn't figure out how to get the Luigi DLC to work I gave up.

(I did it this way cause I didn't have access to a SD card. Seriously I hope USB become more useful like the wii did with homebrew.)
