Hacking Question Get NAND backup info?

With the recent rise in brick risk from potentially malicious .NSPs and .XCIs I was wondering if there is a tool get information from a pre-existing NAND backup. I originally made a full backup with Hekate a few months ago but for the life of me I can't remember if that was before or after I updated my firmware. I should have written it down but it didn't cross my mind at the time. Ideally I'd want to keep a backup of my NAND on whatever firmware I happen to be running in case I do need to do a restore so I wont need to worry about burned fuses and so on. I guess if I had to, I could just make a another backup but if I can save some time I figured I should ask.
