Hacking Generic Error Difficulties At Random

So, my 3ds has suddenly and randomly begun crashing on a game that has had no issues in the past whatever, and today, it suddenly began crashing despite the fact that I have done nothing out of the ordinary. I haven't even taken the SD card out.

Happens without warning, at random intervals in the game with no correlation. Again, I didn't even touch the SD card.
Any help or guidance as to how to fix this is much appreciated.
