    Hey Guys

So I use WiiMC (the latest I guess)

I stream to my TV video's two ways

    1) Share a folder (samba) and connect via WiiMC and Wifi
    2) Put videos on a HDD (which I play my games from) and then browse to it via WiiMC

Everything is smooth except when I play a 720p Movie..

It just lags in that format.. anything less works..

Any suggestions on how to play 720p format on my TV via Wii??

or is it just not possible to view it?

    From the WiiBrew WiiMC page:

720p/1080p playback or downscale: power is not enough to even decode, not to mention downscaling

you could downscale it on your pc
    either to a temp file
or iirc videolan (as in vlc) had a server to do it on demand
