Gaming GEN-D3 MMS

I found a pretty nice guide on how to make a GEN-D3 MMS. My question is: If I make the MMS, and use it with my Pandora battery, can I go straight from ofw 6.30 to GEN-D3? From there I can go to 5.50 Prometheus, right?

One last question: after I install the cfw with my pandora/mms, should I reformat my memory stick (using the PSPs built in reformatter)? Or does Rains mms maker already do that for me? It's safe to delete everything on the card after the cfw is installed, right?

I think so, yeah. And you should format the MMS if you don't plan to use it as a MMS.

Yes, after I install my cfw I don't plan on ever needed an MMS again. So I'll just format it (using the PSP) after I'm done installing. Thanks!
