Hacking gecko os nunchuck problem

I'm using geckoOS just for cheats. When I try to play Harvest Moon: Tree of tranquility it says that the nunchuck is not attached whether I use cheats or not. When I load without gecko it works fine. Does anyone know why and how I can fix this?

Hey, I have the same problem. I was wondering since this was posted a long time ago if you have figured out a possible solution
