GD SD-drive kit, after the GC-Loader another ODE for gamecube?

One of the official resellers of Krikzz everdrive flash card has a page about a new ODE for gamecube. There are no photos so it's not possible to tell if it's a clone of the gc-loader or a new unit. It cost slightly less than the gc-loader ($79 vs $90) and it has a different name (GC SD-drive kit) so, probably, not a GC-Loader, or not a legit one.

The kit claims to be plug'n play requiring no modifications or soldering. Also there are two different kits available, one for DOL 001 and one for DOL 101 (without video digital out port and without serial port 2).

Maybe it is only a printed mini dvd with swiss and an sd2sp2 adapter included. But in this case the price is very high...

Also Krikzz is not involved, apparently.

I'm all for clones if it does the same thing as it will bring the monopoly down as GC-Loader holds that monopoly right now

Maybe I'm being stupid, but the pictures on the sellers site suggests that this is just a overpriced SP2SD adaptor, with a disc that probably has Swiss on it.

EDIT
or at least some kind of homebrew loader on the disc.

This doesnt look like an actual ODE

it 100% is that, and the 101 version is just 2x sd gecko'.... i personally wouldn't buy shit from that site or any site that has the audacity to do this sort of ass pull.

Update: yes, it's a bootable dvd with a gecko or a sd2sp2. Since the bootable dvd it should be pressed it is the first pressed disk for gamecube on a couple of years. It works only on ntsc cubes. Price is expensive but if you do not know how to solder or are not able to mod your console it's the only solution.

U don't need to hardmod your GameCube to use a SD2SP2

this is expensive and you can get similar solutions for way less money... like sd media launcher... :S dont support this overpriced crap

I think the price is insane but still, how much does it cost to have one of the softmod supported titles?
Way too much, not as in purchase price (and needing something that can write to GC cards anyway) but as in time wasted on every reboot to go back to homebrew

Step 1: (You can skip this step if you have an exploitable game)
Buy SD media launcher for $20:
https://www.codejunkies.com/Products/SD-Media-Launcher__EF000580V.aspx

Step 2:
Buy SD2sp2, $3:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001156411793.html

Step 3:
Run Swiss and boot away!
https://github.com/emukidid/swiss-gc

Total: $23 ($3 if you have an epxloitable game)

This package is literally the same as above steps it seems and not comparable with GC Loader at all.

I'm all for clones if it does the same thing as it will bring the monopoly down as GC-Loader holds that monopoly right now
Which it has full rights to do so. What monopoly? meneerbeer has worked on his gc loader project for over 4(!) years. It has only been out for a few months, cut the creator some slack. Who else has made a similar effort? Also the $90 price is very justifiable for an ODE.

The cheapest game USA region is $10 used copy then the SD2SP2 $2 then whatever it cost for MICROSD card
