I recently installed a Pluto IIx HDMI for my gamecube and it works. But sometimes the Pluto board randomly changes ouput from 60fps to 50 fps and back again. It also randomly sometimes have red artifacts on the black screen. Does anyone have any ideas? Bad soldering? Bad board?
