Hacking GC Memory card?

I read that some work with the backup loader and some don't... Im going to gamestop tomorrow for an official 251 block card, and I would like to know if that would work...

The only other brand they have is a 16x Intec card... I dont know if they are reliable or not, but its still more space than ill need. Its slightly cheaper though, but ive never had problems with an official card...

1 - Which ones work with the GC backup launcher
2 - Which one would you recommend?
3 - Why do you recommend it

i use a 16mb Joytech and Cmios rev 8 and all my games save gr8 even multis and backups!

The official 251 is the most reliable. Not the cheapest or largest though.

I think all cards work with the loaders. The problem is if you wish to use Wii apps to copy saves to/from the GC card, e.g. to make room for more saves. The Wii apps only work on non-official cards (usually).
