Whenever I try to play an injected gc game everything seems to be going fine then "Initializing virtual 251 block memory card" FREEZE. Can someone help? This is the same hard drive I use for wiiu game, Idk if that causes conflict but I would love a solution. Thank you!

I have the same problem, but I don't have my wii u games on the same drive because that doesn't work.

Anyways it's odd because it doesn't seem like many have this problem. I have looked around for a couple hours and have not been able to find a fix. The wii u even makes the correct save files (labeled g8me, gama and stuff like that) so everything should be working, but it doesn't. Wii games work fine but not GC. I hope someone finds a fix to this rare problem

if the files are 0kb that means they are bad files, if your hdd is slow or underpowered nintendont will most likely not work on it, the wiiu has defective power supply from usb ports so most hdds need either an y cable or their own ac adapter to plug to the outlet to run correctly on usb ports on wiiu.

Yeah I used an HDD with it's own power supply and everything. It was pretty old though and I found it lags a lot when being read, aka it stops and starts and stops etc. So it was probably broken. Got me a new SSD and it worked
