GBC Has bent battery Spring - Mod to Fix

Hi Guys,

So, I bought a second-hand GBC to mod a backlit screen onto, and that worked fine. However, the spring that holds the battery (the one that's connected to the motherboard) is bent. I wondered if there's any battery mod that will fix this? Thanks.

Do you have a picture of the bent spring? Sometimes they can be saved, other times it's just worth it to grab one from a dead gameboy board. Depends on the severity, and if the spring has any battery corrosion.
