Kind of a noobish question. Does a team of Tyranitar, Hydreigon, Metagross, Swampert, Jolteon and Arcanine count as uber?

None of those are banned.

That's the banlist. Everything and every Pokemon listed there counts as Uber. Everything that isn't is fair.

Due to speed boost, it became near impossible to stop after a Bulk Up or Cheer Up or something, most especially in Sun. It was considered broken.

And normal shots too, not super effective?

Reshiram and Zekrom have pretty low stats for a legendary.

Not on this server. Maybe on Smogon's own server, but I haven't encountered it on here.

That happened to me, apparently someone is also using your name. I changed my Username, then changed it back and I could play again.
