Nice competition, but I don't quite get it. Is one image a lie as in we simply won't need it because the staff only picked two or has it something to do with the content of the picture? I guess it's the first one, right?

You can choose two of the 3 images, one one the 3 is a "lie" and will disqualify you.

how do we know which one is lie?
or we cant?
would it be like just luck?

It's not luck. If you play video games it should come to you fairly easily. The images were easy, too bad i haven't been around to know people

So can you confirm that by the time i posted, i had allready lost becuase people had allready voted? Desipite the fact that the competition clearly states 11pm as the deadline for submissions?

What a farce, and i know people probably wont agree with me in fear of upsetitng people or just to brown nose, but the whole thing stinks. Can you please tell me the point of the deadline if thats the case?

U understand you all have lives to get on with, so do i, but to say get your entries in by 11 and well decide a winner, but really to have allready decided that winner is not on really is it. Can anyone help me to post a poll with the picture of the winners cake (if you can call it that) and mine please to see what people would vote for it if it was on an even playing field.

And sorry if im sounding nasty with the degredation of the winners winning thing, but its not a cake and im bitter, justifyibly.



Can i suggest that in the comptitions you clarifiy in the future that the deadline doesnt actually mean anything, and that the quicker you get your entry in the more chance you have of people voting for you. As if id known at midday today that i was going to spend the next 10 hours preparing and making a cake, but actually it was pointless as voting had allready started i wouldnt have botherd and owuld have spent my money on somthing better.

Go make it yourself. Go make it in the EOF

not to sound bitter, but can i ask why mine didnt win? All the people that i have shown have thought it was by far the best, took hours to make, and is an actual propper cake. And as for the christmas theme, crackers and a snowman!

I feel completely lost on this 1st question. I am looking everywhere, but there is no KYT for lilsypha. I've checked the wiki listing of each one, and through Sinkhead's topics list. It can't be found on Google.

So once I find this thread, should we attach the images in our entry or just give the direct links?

I agree what your saying about the voting thing but may I ask why your acting like a spoiled 5 year old who's lost out on something? even before you heard about the voting thing you where moaning because someone else won :S Also the competition isn't about who spends the most money. I think you also owe the winner an apology you make it seems his entry was shit and "and is an actual propper cake" I'm afraid a cake is a cake no matter how you put it.

Fuck, i don't mean to flame or anything but WOW ricflairandy, you are probably the sorest loser i have ever seen in any forum competition ever (I Havent seen that many forum competitions though, but still.) At first, i kind of saw your point, if your cake was SO MUCH SUPERAWESOMER than his cake, like you make it out to be, but i checked the thread, and i can say without a doubt in my mind that if i were to vote, i would hands down have voted for the one who actually won the competition. And you bring up that his creation wasn't even a cake? Then i thought "Wait so it HAD to be a cake, and what he made wasn't really a cake?" Even though what he made, could be argued to be a cake, i checked, again, in on the competition, and saw this: "Bake up a GBAtemp-themed treat! It can be absolutely anything " and THis:"It's up to you, limited only by your ingredients and imagination. "

Also, i don't like the way you say "no offensive" after saying something that any creator of such a marvelous cake would clearly take offense from, and it is not constructive criticisim, but just an insult to his fantabolous cake.

I am sorry for going off topic in this merry thread ,and i shall now go scour the lands for the answers to these questions.
