i was questioning myself, what are the diferences of gbarunner3 and 2? and also, for a ds lite flashcard, which one is the best (in terms of performance)?

In a few words, GBARunner3 is far better in terms of compatibility and performance compared to 2, this is much more noticeable in flashcards, since sound no longer lags.

For more questions, I would recommend to leave your posts in this thread, instead of making a new thread for each of your questions.

GBARunner2 is a more stable version, used by many people because it is compatible with most GBA games, supports cheats, quick saves, and works well without a GBA BIOS, although adding a BIOS will increase performance. Meanwhile, GBARunner3 is a newer version, still under development with the goal of improving speed and compatibility, but currently does not achieve the stability of GBARunner

...supports cheats, quick saves...

That's not true, both were never implemented.

At the moment of writing this, GBARunver3 has reached more stability compared to GBArunner2, including proper sound emulation, RTC, rumble support, better performance and proper GBA color correction.
