Homebrew GBA Start Animation in GBA CIA

Does anyone know how to have the GBA start animation in the GBA CIA? I've seen multiple new 3ds have that animation at the start but does it work for o3ds too? How can I get it? Is it a patched agb with that animation?

Yes, it's a patched AGB_FIRM, and you can find it on that iso site.

A video of what? It's just a modified agb firm that shows the gba boot screen every time you start a rom. The file is copyrighted, so you can only legally download it using 3DNUS off of Nintendo's servers.

You must get the AGB_Firm patch and install it to both Sysnand and Emunand, next if using RxTools you need to go to options and make sure "Show AGB_Firm Bios" is checked and it should do it then.

How should i go about converting the cia to an elf patch for Rxtools so i don't have to modify my Sysnand?

You must get the AGB_Firm patch and install it to both Sysnand and Emunand, next if using RxTools you need to go to options and make sure "Show AGB_Firm Bios" is checked and it should do it then.
