Homebrew GBA rom question

Sorry if im a bit confused.

i have a card that lets me view and load stuff from my slot-2

but when i put a .gba ROM file in and start it, it dont work.

any game ive had to use some sort of emulator, for gbc, and snes = work fine

.nds files some, load, not a concern right now.

but gba files dont load/run with anything

Which flashcart do you have? Never mind, I looked though your posts and you have some Datel cart. It won't run commercial GBA games.

You'll need a real flashcart if you want to play commercial GBA or DS games.

The DSTT won't let you play GBA games either as it's a slot-1 device. Only slot-2 devices with extra RAM (or NOR flash) can play GBA games. Once your DSTT comes in, consider the EZ-V 3in1 expansion pack if you want to play GBA games.
