Homebrew gba exploader .58b

so ive have an ez flash 3in1 plus and i been using gba exploader .58b but for some odd reason it wont let me go over to load into NOR mode, so any gba games that are 32mb are currently unplayable for me v.v does anyone know what the problem is and/or know a fix? (cant go over to rumble either)
