Homebrew GBA emulator for supercard DS2

i am using NDSGBA 1.3 to play zelda : a link to the past, and it work great
but i the sound i hear i always 0.5 sec delayed , when i attack, i hear the sound of the attack 0.5 later

and using the cheats , the name of the cheat appear in Chinese and not English
is there another emulator for GBA ?

It'll support the regular save file but not the save state, so just save regularly (like you would on a real GBA) and move the .sav file to TempGBA.

couldn't start the emulator, because there is no bios file

You'll need to put gba_bios.bin where the readme file tells you to.
