theres bit of pro's and cons for each

Ermm. 3in1 doesn't play video and it can only carry 1 gba game at best if flashed to NOR. And another problem of 3in1 is poor design, when the battery dies it's useless, unless you have experience with soldering. Then there is other things an emulator can do like fast fwd and save slots.
