Hacking GBA dumps?

Anyway some homebrew will be able to bring you GBA roms to run as Nintendont does on the wii U. (noone seem to made it for the moment...)
Quite the same proce... Quite the same opcodes... But as far as NDS and 3DS have 2 proces maybe one could help the other...
