I talked with Cracker, he said he'll look into adding .cht support to GBAATTM. Also I a working with Normmatt (One of the developers of AKAIO, the AceKard replacement firmware) into possibly adding GBA cheat support to his firmware as well.

Thanks Narin. It would be awesome if they added support for these cheats. I just think it's a shame to have this many cheats and not have them available to everyone. I even tried patching the cheats to ROMs using the G6 Lite patcher and the CycloDS patcher, but they didn't work for other carts or emulators unfortunately. What I did figure out though, is that these cheats should work just fine for those two carts using their respective patchers. All you have to do is make sure that the .cht files are named only with the release numbers and then put them in the cheats folder installed by the patching software (overwriting the old ones.) So I might start releasing a separate archive with the .cht files named properly for those carts with each release. That should at least broaden the usability of them a little bit. If I was any good at programming, I would attempt to make my own patcher, lol.

Not all games have cheats. This is because some of the releases are videos. Some are things like cheating devices which have no cheats. And some that are missing are just games that cheats don't work in or cause glitches.

Yes, you just go into the folder where the CycloDS ROM Patcher is installed, and paste the files from the "Nonames" set into the cheats folder overwriting the files already there. Then when you run the ROM Patcher you can select "Enable Cheats" and it will patch the cheat to the ROM for you. Make sure to use the "Nonames" set, because it will not recognize the files with the full names.

The root of my CyclosDS Evo only has 2 Folders: CyclosDS and Games. I don't know where to find this Folder for patching that you speak of O_o.

Little help please

http://www.cyclopsds.com/downloads/CycloDS_1.0_Setup.zip

Download this, and install it on your computer. The cheats folder will be installed to the folder that this installs to. You copy the "Nonames" cheats to this folder on your computer, not on your CycloDS. The program will allow you to patch the cheat file to the rom before you copy it to the CycloDS.

Ty very much.

Also, will it act like a trainer?

basically, yes. You should get a menu when the game is first booted and you choose which cheats to turn on from there, then press start and the game boots.
he means cyclo ds evolution slot one + EZ3inone combo not the regular cyclo ds slot 2 this method wont work on the evo

Well, I don't really know first-hand because I only have an M3 Real Slot1 and a G6 Lite Slot2. Until I can find somebody to donate some other types of cards I can't really test anything else out myself.

Anyone here happen to have detailed information on the .cht file format? I know its a ini file though anyone here have information on the cheat structure and if it handles 8, 16 or 32 bit codes?

I'm no code hacker, I'm still learning a lot. I have dabbled a bit in this, and I managed to create a few codes even. The codes are very similar to RAW VBA codes, there's a little bit about converting them from Codebreaker and AR on the m3wiki here: http://m3wiki.com/index.php?title=GBA_Cht

I'm not 100 percent certain, but I think that it does handle 8, 16, and 32 bit codes.
