Am I the only one that liked everything except the Job options?

I could never decide what was a good combination or what job to focus on. Some jobs had skills similar to others and...

...there I go getting confused again. Screw it I'll just eff up my characters and just hope it works out in the end.

I prefer playing in english, because french is often [always] very badly translated. (it looks like childish french, or "Racailles style")

But I'm thinking about people who don't understand english, there were many games like that in france. for example Front Mission 3 english only !

the job system in ff5 is like the best ever, in my opinion.
the technique i used last time i played it was to decide that some of the chars whould be for example, 1 attackmage, 1 support mage, 2 melee attackers. so the jobs i levled for the attackmage was blackmage and summoner, then use the no job thingy in the end of the game, cause when you max a job, they get like. +30%mp, +10 magic dmg. ninjas can use two weapons without selecting the skill and so on. sorry if you dont understand. my eng is not that good

jobs? early pointers:
- just level monk for a bit with pretty much everyone (to get barehanded). barehanded is awesome.
- make sure you have a white mage or someone with white magic. it's nice to have a level of black magic, too.
- don't get too hung up on any one job for now; switch around frequently.
- knight's two-handed is pretty good; don't bother leveling beyond that in knight until much later.
- blue mages are awesome if you know what you're doing.

That's a relief to hear. Do you know what happened?
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@BakerMan, Any idea what happened? I hope that your brother's doing good.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
He couldn't eat until after his MRI, when he had a bomb pop.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
What matters now is that he's doing alright.
  • Veho @ Veho:
But you still don't know what it was?
  • Veho @ Veho:
