No, you most likely get alot of complaints about your name and be forced to change it by Microsoft.

That is what happened to the other people who had 'Gay' in their Gamertag, there was a new article about it. And you would be called every name under the sun from some 12 years old kid, but thats normal on xbox live

For a while I felt like there was something missing, and then I awoke to see I was Gaydrian and everything seemed to be in its right place.
