What's the benefit of being on 10.3 anyway? I'd just leave things as they are. No real reason to update and risk the brick code (if it exists) and break classic mode. Unless you really need dat eShop.

i have a 10.2 emunand backup but cant restore it cause i installed a few new cias
i dont want to install them again

Well guess I better wait until Gateway releases another update to download the latest Launcher.dat.
The CIA thing is surely aggravating, I would much rather wait.

i use rxtools for cia and sometimes my gateway card for certain roms which share the same emunand. will this be a problem for me

You should have a hard mod anyway. Flash memory has a habit of going bad. Might need to reflash it in the future

GBA Ambasador (and AGB rom injecting works) works because you basically have a 100% gba compatible cpu on board, the dsi processor.

if it were emulated, you'd have access to 3DS functions, which you aren't.

Looks like they released 3.5.1, looks like it fixed the CIA issue.
