Hacking Gateway takes forever to load Roms into cartridge

Ever since I put Pokemon omega Ruby on my micro SD, it takes about 30-50 seconds to fully load the rom into the cartridge. And that goes for any game. Maybe it's my ds speed with all the stuff on the sd card?

It is an o3ds so...

Update, now the rom loads, but it shows a blank cartridge. When you click on the blank cartridge it says the game cannot be read and then it shows up in the cartrridge. Any idea?

I'd move everything off the card then move it back. Sounds like a defrag problem.

My first gateway red card started to act this way before its mSD slot broke.

I have no idea why it's doing this, but I'll try moving everything off the card and back on.

I would say ditch gateway and use a CFW it works so much better.

I have the exact same problem since I bought a N3DS yesterday. In o3ds roms load instantly while in the N3DS they take forever to load. Really strange...

I have CFW but I don't like the rom cheats. Gateway cheats are better.
Any ideas why this would happen?

Nope, it still happens when I road a rom. The cartridge is blank but when you tap on it, it says the game cannot be read then the game shows up.

Yep, that shouldn't matter though because everything was working before. Even what I loaded a 3dz file.
