Hi guys so lately I have been getting an error message that says this: an error has occurred, press and hold the power button to turn off the system. every time I play with my red card it happens sometimes immediately when I launch a game and sometimes when I play for longer times like an hour, so my question is, is it the micro sd card or is it the red card that is giving me this error and how can I fix it. thanks...
I am using a 32gb sandisk micro sd card so its not a clone

most likely to be a fake sd card, try delete all games then only copy one game to the sd card and see if it works
