Trying to use Euro-roms. But Tomodachi Life is one of the US ones. I am fairly certain of that.

well you can only get game updates for games from the same region as the console as they are downloaded from the eshop ....so i couldnt for example get the japanese mario kart update on my EU 3ds, i can only get the EU update to use on a EU rom

i somehow doubt it, that would be assuming they need to have pre-decrypted 7.x encrypted apps right?, well i doubt pokemon art acadamy is also included in the 4.2MB update

the actual release was a .zip file, so the .rar is repackaged, you should just MD5 the actual launcher.dat

my emunand update was fast since the update had already downloaded in the background last week maybe, i just have to set up my 3ds for nnid...
i have to create a NEW nnid, i can't use the same details that i use for my other 3ds?...

A few hours ago , we received a GATEWAY 3DS official about 2.3b firmware!
From the archive of view, the Launcher.dat file is only changed.
