Hacking Gateway on B9S and 11.5?

Hi,
Can I update my n3DS with B9S firmware 11.2 to 11.6 and will my Gatewaycard still work or should I stay on 11.2?

Gateway does not work on firmwares 11.3 or higher. If you want to continue using your Gateway, stay on 11.2.

You can update your sysNAND for use with Luma, but keep your emuNAND on 11.2 for use with Gateway.
Do note that launching Gateway sysNAND on 11.3+ will wipe B9S. It's hard to do by accident, but not impossible.

I have updated the system nand to 11.6 on Luma 8.11 and Gateway emu on 11.2 boots fine

Don't use Gateway anymore, if you mess up and use it on 11.3 you'll either brick or lose CFW.
You can convert all your games to CIAs and all your saves to work with the CIAs.

Ok I wont use Gateway in the future. How can I update my b9s to 11.6?

Just via systemmenu?
